Terms of Service
The rules governing accounts, content, marketplace activity and use of DTPlay.

Agreement
By creating an account or using DTPlay, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and any feature-specific terms presented to you. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify DTPlay of suspected compromise. Usernames may not impersonate others or violate rights. Roles and badges may be reviewed, changed or revoked. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by DTPlay's failure to use reasonable safeguards.
Content licence
You retain ownership of content you own. By submitting content, you grant DTPlay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, distribute, display, promote and make the content available through DTPlay for as long as it remains on the service and for reasonable backup, legal and audit periods. You confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, releases and licences.
Moderation
DTPlay may review, label, restrict, demonetise, remove or preserve content and may warn, suspend or close accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, law, platform integrity or policy enforcement. Users may use available appeal and reporting processes.
Transactions
Prices, taxes, fees, commissions, delivery terms and refund eligibility are shown in the applicable checkout or feature terms. Digital products may be subject to immediate-delivery limitations. Payments can be reversed for fraud, chargebacks, duplicate transactions or legal requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
DTPlay is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, DTPlay does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, creator claims, third-party content or particular commercial results. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing framework
Material changes will be communicated appropriately and may require renewed acceptance. These Terms are interpreted under applicable Nigerian law, without removing mandatory consumer or data-protection rights available in another jurisdiction.
